Concept (reference image provided): House outline icon with a copper checkmark inside. Stacked wordmark COFFEY / INSPECTIONS to the right. Refine the reference — don't redesign it. Bolder condensed font, slightly sharper house icon, copper checkmark stays.
Colors: Turquoise/aqua/vibrant blue-green family (#17A8B4 range, open to your recommendation). Copper accent (#C4561F range). Warm and Southwest, not garish.
