Premium Construction Brand Identity Overhaul
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our construction company is moving decisively into the premium, up-market space and the current visuals no longer match our ambition. I need a seasoned brand identity designer to rebuild our look from the ground up while keeping one eye on our heritage and the other on our future. The task is far more than a cosmetic tweak; the result has to feel solid, trustworthy and time-tested, yet unmistakably bold and energetic.
Scope
• Primary logo + full variation set (horizontal, stacked, icon/monogram, monochrome, reversed)
• Colour application: work within our predefined brand palette
• Typography system: primary + secondary typefaces, hierarchy, web fallbacks
• Graphic language: supporting patterns, iconography, photography direction, grid
• Application suite: business card, letterhead, email signature, site signage/hoarding, hard-hat & vehicle livery, document/presentation templates, social media kit
• Brand guidelines book: a single document codifying all of the above with clear do's and don'ts

• Three initial logo concepts with rationale
• Refined final logo artwork supplied in vector, RGB, CMYK and mono variants
• Full typography palette with usage guidelines and web-safe pairings
• Editable vector source (AI / EPS / SVG), layered
• Raster exports (PNG transparent + JPG, multiple resolutions)
• Brand guidelines as print-ready PDF + editable source
• Full IP / ownership transfer on final payment
You're strong fit if you have:
• A portfolio of comparable brand identity / rebrand work (premium, construction, property, or B2B experience is a plus)
• Strong typographic and systems thinking not just logo design
• Experience producing complete brand guidelines documents
• Ability to deliver editable source files and full ownership transfer
