PowerPoint Presentation: Governance Concept Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Project title: Professional PowerPoint Designer for 36-Slide Governance Presentation
I am seeking an experienced PowerPoint presentation designer who can translate complex governance concepts into professional, visually clear and fully editable diagrams.
This is not a basic copy-and-paste or slide-formatting assignment. Please apply only if you already have strong skills in custom PowerPoint diagram design.
Project scope:
Create a professional 36-slide, widescreen 16:9 PowerPoint presentation.
Use the supplied The Evidence of Us (TEOU) PowerPoint brand template.
Follow a detailed slide-by-slide production brief.
Transform supplied written content into clear visual models.
Create approximately 11 custom diagrams, including:
a seven-stage circular Evidence Cycle;
a multi-layer systems-governance architecture;
a horizontal–vertical governance matrix;
hierarchies, pathways, timelines, implementation stages and process flows.
Apply the supplied branding, colours, fonts, logos, footer and slide-number treatment.
Use exact terminology without renaming, shortening or reinterpreting framework components.
Proofread and quality-check the complete presentation.
Include one reasonable correction round.
All diagrams must be created using editable PowerPoint shapes, connectors, arrows and text. Flattened screenshots, low-resolution images and uncontrolled SmartArt will not be accepted.
Paid capability test:
The first milestone will be an AUD $50 paid test consisting of three technically difficult slides:
The Systems Governance and Accountability Architecture.
The seven-stage Evidence Cycle.
The Horizontal–Vertical Governance Matrix.
Detailed instructions and reference material will be supplied for each slide.
The test must demonstrate:
accurate interpretation of complex relationships;
professional diagram design;
exact terminology;
clear hierarchy and directional flow;
strong alignment and spacing;
readability when projected; and
complete editability in PowerPoint.
If the test is approved, the successful designer may be commissioned to complete the entire 36-slide presentation.
Budget:
AUD $50 paid three-slide test.
Total fixed project budget: AUD $150, inclusive of the AUD $50 test.
The test is paid work but does not guarantee selection for the complete project if final product is not up to standard.
Deliverables:
Fully editable PowerPoint file.
All diagrams and design elements in editable form.
PDF or PNG previews for review.
Any separately created editable source files.
Source and licence information for any approved third-party assets.
One correction round.
Final proofreading and quality assurance.
Intellectual property:
All copyright and intellectual-property rights in the original presentation deliverables will be assigned to Dhanushi Jayatileka upon payment, excluding properly licensed third-party materials. Please note that all information provided is also copyright protected to Dhanushi Jayatileka.
When applying, please:
Provide examples of complex diagrams you personally created in PowerPoint.
Identify which portfolio samples are fully editable PowerPoint work.
Confirm that you can complete the three-slide test independently.
State your realistic turnaround time for the test and complete presentation.
Disclose any requirement you cannot meet before accepting the project.
Begin your proposal with the words “TEOU DIAGRAM DESIGN” to confirm that you have read the complete brief.
Generic applications without relevant PowerPoint diagram examples will not be considered.
