2. Phase 1 Objective
To establish a professional, practical initial visual identity that is ready for immediate use, reflects a structured consultancy character, and helps build trust when communicating with clients, while maintaining flexibility for further development in Phase 2.

3. Scope of Work
A. Logo
• Design a text-based logo for the brand name
(brand name will be shared with the selected freelancer before starting the logo design phase)
• The logo must be:
o Simple
o Professional
o Classic
o Suitable for consulting and corporate use
• No standalone icons or symbols
B. Color Palette
Please strictly use the following colors only:
• Dark Navy: #121829
• Deep Blue: #1D2853
• Light Blue (Accent): #2F80ED
• Light Gray (Optional): #F4F5F7
Note:
Dark backgrounds are the primary base. White backgrounds are not preferred as the main background.
C. Typography
• Sans-serif font
• Modern and clear
• Suitable for business and consulting use
• Must be usable later in both Arabic and English
4. Social Media Templates
Instagram:
• Square post template (1080 × 1080)
• Informational / text-based post template
• Quote or insight template
• Simple promotional template
LinkedIn:
• Professional post template
• Thought leadership template
• Announcement template
Requirements:
• Templates must be fully editable
• Consistent with the approved colors and typography
• Designed for repeated use
5. Social Media Banner
Design a cover/banner for use on:
• LinkedIn
• Other social media platforms if needed
Style:
• Simple
• Professional
• Based on the approved color palette
• Contains the brand name only (to be shared later)
• No marketing slogans or taglines
6. Presentation Template
Design a starter presentation template for consulting use, including:
• Cover slide
• Agenda
• About / Introduction
• Services
• Strategy Overview
• Timeline / Roadmap
• Closing / Contact
Number of slides:
• 8 to 10 slides
Language:
• English only (Phase 1)
Template must be:
• Simple
• Professional
• Fully editable (Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides)
7. Final Deliverables
• Logo in PNG format (transparent + dark background)
• JPG
• Source files (AI / PSD / Figma / Canva)
• Editable social media templates
• Social media banner
• Presentation template

8. Revisions
• One to two revision rounds maximum
