Multilingual Brand & Social Media Design System for Global Medical Tourism Company
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m looking to consolidate our global medical-tourism identity into a single, multilingual design system that scales smoothly from print collateral to every major social channel. The goal is to lock down our visual language—logo variations, color hierarchy, typography and iconography—then translate it seamlessly for English, Spanish and Chinese audiences without losing consistency or compliance.
You will start by refining our existing mark, expanding it into a flexible suite of logo lock-ups and determining a core palette that works equally well on hospital signage, brochures and mobile screens. From there, we need a clear type stack that accommodates both Latin and non-Latin characters and a set of usage rules that anticipate common localisation issues such as word-length shifts and vertical rhythm.
Once the core guidelines are solid, the focus moves to social media. I want a library of fully editable templates that cover our primary channels—Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn—so our internal team can swap imagery or language while keeping brand integrity intact. Think feed posts, stories, carousels, cover images and ad variations, all wired to the master styles you define.
Collaboration will be iterative: I’ll provide clinical imagery, tone-of-voice notes and competitive references; you’ll present staged mock-ups, gather my feedback and refine. All source files should be delivered in Figma or Adobe CC with text and color styles properly tokenised for quick global updates.
Acceptance criteria for hand-off:
• A comprehensive, print-ready brand-guideline PDF (approx. 40 pages) detailing logo usage, color values, typography pairings, imagery and icon rules.
• A multilingual sample pack showing English, Spanish and Chinese layouts side-by-side.
• Fully editable social-media template set for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, aligned to the guidelines.
• Original, well-organised source files and exported assets (SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF) ready for marketing rollout.
If you have previous experience building cross-language design systems in the healthcare or travel sectors, I’d love to see it and discuss timelines.
