Modern PABA Logo Design

I need a fresh, modern emblem for the Peruvian American Bar Association (PABA) that balances elegance with instant recognisability. Please fuse visual cues from both the Peruvian and U.S. flags—abstract interpretations are fine—while weaving in a clearly legal motif. Scales of justice, a gavel or law book are obvious candidates, but feel free to surprise me with a creative alternative that still reads “law” at a glance.

The palette should stay within red, white and blue so the dual-national focus is clear. Clean lines and a contemporary feel are essential; the logo has to look just as strong on letterhead and courtroom programmes as it does on a website favicon.
