Modern Logo Redesign

I'm seeking a talented designer to update my logo while retaining certain key elements. I made it when we started out but it’s very basic and you can tell it was done with no skill!

Requirements:
- Modern and clean design style
- Must incorporate existing colors and the current symbol/icon (but maybe redraw)
- Versatile for use on website, printed materials, and social media

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in modern logo design
- Proficiency in color theory and iconography
- Experience with multi-platform branding
