Modern Engineering Org Chart Design

I need a clean, modern-style organisational chart built directly in PowerPoint, ready to drop into the template slide I will provide. The chart should show every member of my engineering team with their name, title, department, and photo laid out clearly and attractively.

Here is what will make this project a success:
• Use the exact colour palette, fonts, and grid from my slide master so the chart feels native to the deck.
• Present the hierarchy in a logical flow that fits on one slide without sacrificing readability.
• Each photo must be neatly cropped (uniform size, circular or rounded-corner rectangles work well) and optimised so the file remains lightweight.
• Deliver the editable .pptx file so I can update roles or head-shots later if needed.
