Minimalist Medical Tech Logo to optimate

I’m refining the visual identity for SARO, our new Quebec-based medical AI app, and I’d love to see fresh, professional takes on the logo we sketched internally and make it more polish (not too much change)

What must stay consistent
• The brand name SARO shown clearly.
• A recognisable medical blouse element to echo the French meaning of the name.
• A clean, minimalist feel that balances “premium healthcare” with “modern tech.”
• Turquoise as the lead colour (you can introduce subtle accent hues if they enhance the look).

What I’d like from you
• New or refined icon concepts for the blouse—feel free to rethink shape, line weight, or negative-space solutions. (For exemple we were thinking of making the center of the logo slightly more rounded and filiform to subtly evoke the “S” of Saro, and slightly adjusting the bottom-right line to make it feel more finished while still keeping a tech look.)
• Thoughtful typography that pairs well with the icon yet feels contemporary and trustworthy.
• Smart spacing, proportions, and a layout that will scale across app icons, website headers, and print.
• A short rationale explaining your design choices.(No AI)

Scope of variation
I’m most interested in alternative icon designs; the font may evolve naturally if it supports the overall concept.

2. One monochrome version and one on a dark background.
3. Quick mock-up showing app-icon usage.
