Minimalist Logo for IT Recruitment firm

I need a clean, minimalist logo that instantly signals “tech-savvy talent partner” for my US-based IT recruitment firm. A streamlined wordmark or simple icon–word combination that reads well on LinkedIn, email signatures, and presentation decks will do the job perfectly.

Scope of work
• Present one strong concept with a concise rationale.
• After approval, supply the final logo in vector formats (AI/SVG) plus high-resolution PNG and a square favicon version.
• Keep the palette simple; I’m leaning toward monochrome or a restrained two-tone treatment if it reinforces the minimalist look or even multicolour option if suits well to the logo.
