Minimalist Logo for Lithea Villa & Estate
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I would like the logo for Lithea Villa & Estate.
The logo should be minimal, elegant, and timeless, with a luxury hospitality aesthetic—refined and understated, without excess or bold elements. The style should be based on clean lines and simple geometric forms, inspired by contemporary architecture, similar to the examples provided (minimal villa / lifestyle branding).
If a symbol is used, it should be very subtle and abstract (e.g. an abstract outline of a residence or a geometric element), avoiding literal or illustrative representations. The typography should be elegant (serif or modern sans-serif), with thin strokes and well-balanced spacing, where “Lithea” stands out and “Villa & Estate” remains more discreet.
The color palette should consist of neutral, natural tones (off-white, beige, stone, soft grey, or black typography), with an optional detail in muted gold or warm bronze.
The final result should work seamlessly across villa signage, as well as digital and printed applications.
The name Lithea is inspired by the ancient Greek word “λίθος” (lithos), meaning stone, combined with the concept of thea (view), reflecting the property’s strong architectural character and its expansive, unobstructed views.
