Minimal Luxury YOR Logo

I’m looking for a designer who can create a modern, minimal logo for my new brand, YOR – short for “your own residence.” The concept behind YOR is affordable luxury: we transform leased residential buildings into stylish, fully furnished spaces that feel both premium and welcoming. Our guests will range from young professionals and students to travellers and digital nomads, and the logo needs to speak to all of them. So YOR is not just accommodation, it’s your own residence away from home. I want the brand to feel like a modern, stylish and welcoming living experience that’s affordable yet luxurious.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Design style: Abstract
• Color palette: Neutral tones—think tasteful combinations of greys, blacks, and whites that convey understated elegance.
• Key elements to weave in: the initials “YOR” and a subtle home symbol. These two should work together to evoke warmth without sacrificing the clean, luxurious feel.

Final deliverables:
1. Primary logo and a monochrome variant (vector formats: AI, EPS, and high-res PNG).
2. one secondary logo without tagline that is just the icon or symbol for business cards, property signage (outside the building, door plates), keycards with the logo
2. A concise usage guide showing clear space, minimum size, and color specs so I can drop the logo straight onto Airbnb, Booking.com, and future marketing materials.
3. Three quick revision rounds to fine-tune balance, spacing, or color if needed.
