Master Canva Templates for Franchise

I need an experienced Canva specialist to build a full set of master templates that every one of our franchisees can open, customise, and publish without touching the brand settings. The focus is social-media posts and we use only Facebook and Instagram, so each design must already be sized and optimised for those two channels.

The library has to cover our three core content buckets—promotional offers, event announcements, and general brand posts—and remain visually consistent across all variations. I’m looking for someone who understands Canva’s Brand Kit, folder hierarchy, and the “Template” share link system so the final files sit in a locked master folder while still letting franchisees swap imagery and text.

Deliverables I expect:
• Editable Canva master templates for Facebook and Instagram (multiple layouts for each content bucket)
• Clear naming, folder structure, and usage instructions inside Canva
• Quick style guide page embedded in the file so users know fonts, colours, and safe-zone rules

Once handed over I’ll run a test with a few locations; the templates are approved when they duplicate correctly, respect the brand kit, and require no design tweaks from the end user.
