We are looking for a senior-level expert to take full ownership of setting up our email marketing system in Mailchimp for our audiobook platform Booklover.

This is not a basic setup. We need a production-ready implementation that can immediately support a real digital campaign.

Scope of Work

The setup must include:

Advanced audience structure with tags and segments such as users, creators, active and inactive users, with scalable logic

GDPR-compliant configuration including proper consent handling, list hygiene and suppression logic

Branded email templates aligned with Booklover identity, with a modern and engaging tone

Domain authentication including SPF and DKIM setup to ensure proper deliverability

Core automation flows including welcome, onboarding and re-engagement

One fully configured campaign ready to send

Deliverability testing including inbox versus spam placement
