Overview
We are an upscale, full-service holiday provider looking for a talented graphic/brand designer to create a premium, master Property Book Template. This book will serve as the ultimate guest guide for our villas, blending practical property information with a showcase of our luxury concierge services.
We are not just an accommodation rental; we provide a complete, high-end holiday experience. The final template needs to reflect this "full-service" ethos (excursions, scooter/car rentals, VIP extras, etc.).
We will provide a detailed structural guideline for the book's contents, but we need you to develop the visual presentation template based on our existing website and landing materials. Once created, we will use this master template to build out individual books for our entire villa portfolio.
Scope of Work
Brand Deep Dive: Review our website and provided landing materials to thoroughly understand our concept, aesthetics, and branding.
Template Design: Create a stunning, modern, and cohesive multi-page presentation template (in Canva)
Layout & Sections: Design a layout based on our structural guidelines that beautifully showcases:
The Villa: Premium property overview, amenities, and house rules.
The Local Area: Facilities, beaches, restaurants, and hidden gems.
Our Extra Benefits: Dedicated sections for upsells and services (booking excursions, car/scooter rentals, private chefs, etc.) that position us as a full-service provider.
What We Provide
Link to our website and marketing materials for brand alignment.
A clear, page-by-page structural outline of what content goes where.
Placeholder text and image specs to use while building the layout.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in Brand Identity Development and Editorial/Layout Design.
Experience designing for the luxury hospitality, travel, or real estate sectors is a massive plus.
Expert knowledge of Canva (must provide fully editable, beautifully organized source files).
An eye for clean typography, sophisticated color palettes, and smart use of whitespace.
