PROJECT TITLE
Luxury Brand Setup – Canva, Instagram & Booking System (Phase 1)
DESCRIPTION
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist with the setup of a luxury, feminine digital brand.
The brand aesthetic is high-end, minimal, and editorial, with a focus on elegance, lifestyle, and premium presentation.
This is Phase 1 of a larger project, with potential for ongoing work. I am ideally looking to build a long-term working relationship or small team.
PHASE 1 – TASK 1
Initial setup of brand foundation and digital presence.
SCOPE OF WORK
Visual Branding (Canva)
Create a refined brand style using a red, black, and gold palette
Design 3–5 high-quality social media posts
Maintain a minimal, luxury aesthetic
Instagram Setup
Prepare 3–5 ready-to-post designs
Write short, clean captions (luxury tone)
Faceless content only (no personal identity shown)
Messaging Setup
Structure a professional client communication flow
Create auto-response messaging
Keep tone clean, premium, and minimal
Booking Platform Setup
Assist with setting up a profile on Fresha
Write professional, compliant service descriptions
Position as a premium lifestyle/wellness offering
Link-in-bio Setup
Create a clean layout using Linktree (or similar)
Include booking and contact links
Keep design minimal and high-end
REQUIREMENTS
Australia-based preferred
Experience with luxury or feminine branding
Strong design skills (not template-based work)
Attention to detail and clean aesthetic
Ability to work within brand direction and NDA requirements
IMPORTANT
This is a premium brand, not a high-volume or generic project
Quality and discretion are essential
Prefer original work (not AI-generated templates)
Understanding of basic privacy, IP, and VPN setups is a plus
TIMELINE
Phase 1 required within 2–3 days.
LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
