Logo Vectorization & Brand Guide
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an established plumbing company that has been serving the community since 1953, and I am ready to bring our visual identity up to modern standards without losing its heritage feel. I already have a logo concept in place; what I need now is someone who can turn that concept into clean, fully scalable vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) suitable for vehicle wraps, signage, embroidery, and any other large-format application I might need down the road.
Using that refined logo, I also want to formalize a Brand Style Guide centered on our signature copper palette:
• Heritage Copper #B87333
• Antique Copper #A65E2E
• Cream #F6EFE6
• Charcoal #1A1A1A
The guide must outline correct logo usage as well as precise color specifications while recommending classic, traditional typefaces that support the long-standing, trustworthy image of a family-run plumbing business.
In addition to the guide itself, I would like the full suite of branded collateral so that everything is ready to deploy at once.
Deliverables
1. Vectorized master logo files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, plus transparent PNGs).
2. Brand Style Guide (print-ready PDF plus packaged source files) detailing:
• Logo usage rules
• Color palette specs (CMYK, RGB, Hex, Pantone if applicable)
• Approved classic/traditional font recommendations and hierarchy
3. Business card layout (front & back, print-ready PDF + working files).
4. Letterhead template (A4/US Letter, editable Word or InDesign).
5. Social-media profile images and cover banners sized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
Acceptance Criteria
• Vector artwork must scale cleanly to 400% without aliasing.
• Colors must match the hex values provided and remain consistent across all assets.
• All files should be organized, clearly named, and delivered in both editable and flattened formats.
If this sounds like the kind of meticulous branding work you love, let’s talk timing and next steps.
