Logo Variants for RGC Residential

I have our current RGC logo in an editable vector file and the full branding guide ready to share. The core mark and three primary letters (R G C) stay exactly as they are; the only change is to replace “Multifamily” with “Residential” and then produce three sub-brand versions reading:

• RGC Residential — Builders
• RGC Residential — Ventures
• RGC Residential — Group

Please keep all colours, proportions, and typography consistent with the existing identity. Once the text is updated, export each variant to high-resolution JPEG and transparent-background PNG. No other file types are necessary.

Deliverables (one set per sub-brand):
1. Print-ready JPEG (minimum 300 dpi)
2. Web-ready PNG (transparent background)
