Locked Corporate PowerPoint Master
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a single, rock-solid PowerPoint master file that every member of our team can drop content into without ever worrying about brand drift. The deck must:
• Carry our parent company logo in the prescribed positions (The funnelcloud icon)
• Use only our approved colour palette and typefaces (info attached)
• Provide ready-made layouts for the core sections we use most: Company slide, Agenda, Divider slides, Introduction, Reports, Information slides (two column, three, etc), Questions, Conclusion.
• Still have the slide options MS includes in its deck.
I'll include a copy of our current template, but we welcome improvements, whether simplifying the design or adding elements to make it clearer. The goal is to have a clear, concise format that people can use without accidentally messing up formatting.
Beyond looking good, the template has to be technically locked down. Fonts, colour themes, placeholder sizes and section order should be embedded so end-users can type and swap images but cannot alter the styling or accidentally delete key elements. A short “how-to” slide or PDF showing the available layouts and any best-practice tips will complete the hand-off.
Deliverables:
1. One fully branded, locked .POTX (or .PPTX) master template containing all section layouts
2. The brief usage guide mentioned above
3. Any source assets you create (icons, background textures, etc.) so we can archive them
I’ll provide the logo files, exact RGB/HEX colour references and font files right after we kick off. Let me know your timeframe, any clarifications you need, and examples of similar corporate templates you’ve produced so we can get started quickly.
