Legal Contract Typing & Formatting

I have the text for a contract that now needs to be transformed into a properly formatted legal document. Because I don’t yet have an existing template, I’ll rely on you to create one that follows standard legal-contract conventions—clear clause numbering, consistent headings, signature blocks, and space for initials where needed.

Here’s what I’ll hand over:
• Raw text (plain or scanned) containing all clauses and schedules.
• Any branding elements (logo, colours) that must appear on the first page.

What I expect back:
• A clean, editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file laid out as a professional contract.
• A matching PDF ready for immediate use and e-signature.

The document should be page-perfect, spell-checked, and formatted so new clauses can be inserted without breaking the style. Familiarity with Word styles, section breaks, and table-of-contents generation will make this quick work. If you typically prepare contracts in another tool—LibreOffice, Google Docs, LaTeX—feel free, just be sure the final files include a Word version.

Once you deliver a draft, I’ll review and mark any adjustments; you’ll then provide the polished final.
