Launch New Women’s Fashion Line
Budget: $3 – $4 USD
I am starting a women’s clothing business from zero and need a capable partner to turn the concept into real sales. The label, inventory, branding, and online storefront all still have to be created, so every foundational step is on the table.
Here is where I am today:
• Product focus is strictly women’s apparel—styles, sizing guides, imagery, and copy must speak to that audience.
• No existing website, marketplace store, social‐media shop, or brand assets yet.
• Suppliers and logistics are not finalised.
What I need from you:
1. Brand groundwork – name validation, logo, colour palette and a concise brand voice that fits modern women’s fashion.
2. Storefront setup – advise on the most suitable platform (native e-commerce site, Shopee/Tokopedia, or social shopping) and build it so products can be uploaded and purchased seamlessly on launch day.
3. Operational checklist – outline the step-by-step process for product photography, sizing charts, stock keeping, payment gateways, and shipping integrations that fit the Indonesian market.
4. Launch strategy – a 30-day action plan covering promotional calendars, influencer outreach, basic paid-ads structure, and measurable KPIs so I can track traction from day one.
Acceptance criteria
• A fully functional online store ready to accept orders.
• Brand kit files delivered in editable formats (AI/PSD + web-ready PNG/SVG).
• Written SOP document (Word/Google Docs) for ongoing product uploads, order fulfilment, and customer service.
• Clear launch roadmap with milestones and metrics.
If you have proven experience launching fashion labels, especially in Southeast Asia, and can guide every stage—from ideation to first sale—let’s get started.
