I am looking for a professional PowerPoint designer to design a clean, high-quality, branded investment proposal presentation.

This job is design only, not content writing or financial analysis.

Scope of Work

Design a professional PowerPoint presentation using my brand (logo, colors, fonts)

Apply clean layout, visual hierarchy, and icons where appropriate

Turn provided text, tables, and scenarios into clear, executive-friendly slides

Create simple, professional charts (no data changes)

Ensure the presentation looks suitable for:

Property owners

Investors

Senior decision-makers

Content to be Designed

I will provide:

Final slide text (English or bilingual)

Financial tables (3 scenarios: Conservative / Base / Optimistic)

Owner protection clauses (Cap / Review / Exit)

Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if available)

You will not be asked to:

Change wording

Change numbers

Suggest strategy

Do market research

Deliverables

PowerPoint file (.pptx)

Fully editable slides

Clean, consistent design

No images with licensing issues

Requirements

Strong PowerPoint / presentation design experience

Portfolio showing business / investment / corporate decks
