Integration and Design of Two Logos

I need a skilled designer to merge two existing logos into one cohesive and modern logo. We are going to be pairing up with another event service for an event this year and would like to coordinate/combine our logos

Requirements:
- Must retain color schemes, shapes and symbols, and typography from the original logos.
- The final design should be modern and sleek.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven logo design experience.
- Ability to integrate multiple design elements seamlessly.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern design work.

Please include past work in your application.

I am including two photos of our Logo (The Rum Curious Summit), the other companies logo (Florida Rum Society); and a concept we roughly made. You DO NOT have to work off the concept. In fact I'd like to see other designs in addition to the concept. If we use a date please change it to 2026

You MUST integrate both logos into one. I am not looking for a new logo concept altogether.
