Infinity Insurance Website Development

Job ID: 39801302

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD

Hi, I'm looking for tenders to create a new website for my insurance broking business based in Australia. We provide broking services across Australia but our main areas of operation are throughout Victoria and Queensland.

I have my branding, a brief website structure and some very basic copy available (I would like to refine the copy so that it be set up for SEO optimisation). Our domain name is www.infinityinsurance.com.au and we also own www.infinityinsurance.au.

1. Business Overview
We are a general insurance brokerage providing tailored solutions across commercial, personal, and specialty insurance. Our clients include small-to-medium businesses, professionals, and families seeking reliable advice and coverage.

2. Objectives
Primary: Generate qualified leads via quote request/enquiry forms.
Secondary: Serve as a professional reference point for existing and potential clients to validate our credibility.
Tertiary: Showcase expertise and build trust with informative content.

I want the website to look as though we are a cutting edge, modern and national brand.

3. Scope & Deliverables
Pages:-
Home Page: *Victoria/Australia & *Queensland (can it be set to provide a different and more specific home page if somebody is viewing the website from Queensland?)
About Us: (company story & story/photo of managing director and possibly other staff. Include reference to previous branding of merged businesses - "Infinity Insurance Advisers" and "Total Insurance Brokers")
Claims: Description of our involvement/process & online contact form
Services:
- Business/Commercial Insurance
- Earthmoving Insurance
- Trade Insurance
- Professional Insurance
- Personal Insurance
- Rural Insurance
Client Resources:
- Blog page
- Downloadable guides (Financial Services Guide, Complaints & Disputes Handling Policy & Insurance Brokers Code of Conduct)
Contact: (form, phone, email, location, possibly live chat)
Other Requirements: Footer Page, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, Target Market Determinations & General Advice Warning

Features:-
- Prominent enquiry/quote request forms with lead capture on edge/corner of each page.
- Easy navigation for different client types (e.g. business vs. personal).
- Testimonials or case studies for credibility.

4. Design & Branding
Look & Feel: Slick, modern, professional, trustworthy. Not just another insurance broker website. I like the look and simplicity of architect & real estate websites. Would like to blend ours with those industry website elements.
Branding: Clean colour palette (our branding is Black & White), consistent modern fonts, logo integration. Addition of coloured photos/videos for contrast??
References: Websites with a professional financial/insurance tone and sleek look that we like — www.scottwinton.com.au, www.hmdi.com.au, www.omnisure.com.au, www.timstewartarchitects.com.au & www.woodsbagot.com.

5. Technical Requirements
- Platform: No preference (preferred it to be flexible and ready for SEO).
- Mobile responsive.
- SEO optimised structure for “insurance broker + [location]” and service keywords.

6. Budget & Timeline
- Budget: Hoping for $7,500 + additional Media costs (photos, videos etc)
- Timeline: Target launch in 10 weeks from project start.

7. Maintenance & Support
- Freelancer/developer to provide handover and basic training for adding new blog posts and updating content.
- Optional ongoing support for technical maintenance and SEO.

8. Success Measures
- Increase in quote enquiries via website forms.
- More client referrals using the website as a reference.
- Growth in organic website traffic from search engines and AI platforms.
- Modern aesthetic

I'm quite new to this process and have previously used a Melbourne based developer but we were not on the same page and I don't think they were capable of delivering what I am after.

Please advise me of any questions or additional information that is required to assist.

Thank you,
Ben
