High impact Regional Brand Builder

Job ID: 32050925

Budget: $45 – $60 NZD

I am looking for a passionate brand builder who loves to make things happen and create impact for a 3–4-month temporary contract. The role has the potential to become full time for the right individual.
The role holder could be based anywhere for the 4-month contract but should be aware that the line manager is currently based in New Zealand, so ideally should be able to manage part of their workday around this time zone.

This is an opportunity to help build the profile of a global management consulting firm (we are a classic B2B consultancy business and not a digitally tech-driven company). The business is a brand that is admired and highly respected where known and once clients have worked with us. But in many countries the business has minimal brand awareness. We want individuals, potential clients, and candidates across all markets, to instantly know who we are and what we deliver.

This is a new role to implement the regional brand strategy and plan, building brand presence and profile at a regional level. To drive spontaneous brand recall and understanding by our target audience (clients, prospects, candidates) through managing and implementing targeted initiatives as part of the implementation of a regional brand strategy.

You will need to be a self-starter - happy and confident in taking a brief - then running with it. Leading all aspects of an initiative to make it land successfully in a region and deliver. That's what gets you excited every morning.

The focus of this role is 100% on regional brand building activity, and not day-to-day marketing operations. This is a sample of what you will be doing:
• Manage and implement new brand initiatives and ensure they resonate with the region and individual priority industry sectors or practice areas
Often it will be the first time we have tested a new brand concept, so it is about learning fast, being agile and adapting where needed
• Produce brand communications and marketing materials that reflect the local tailored positioning and apply the key local brand messages.
• Develop brand content that is relevant for the region - ‘on the pulse’ with business dynamics and relates to the local culture.
Identify potential topics and insights that will have ‘cut through’.
Produce the initial copy for an article and manage the development through to the final version.
• Evaluate all brand activities and provide recommendations on how to improve and strengthen.

Interested? To be a potential 'fit' you need to have a BIG YES to the following:
 Strong brand credentials
 Experience working in B2B brand marketing across all channels
 Worked in an international organisation and across different markets
 Highly adept and enjoy working closely with different cultures
 Genuinely customer/consumer centric
 Innovative, Creative, Pragmatic

Please share your latest CV and outline separately a particular role or project that you have managed that demonstrates the key aspects above.
