Friendly First-Aid Brand Revamp
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’m relaunching my first-aid and medical-training company under a fresh identity and I’d like to build each piece of the new brand together, one step at a time. The voice I’m after is friendly and approachable—far from the stiff, textbook feel most training sites have—but still professional enough to reassure hospitals, schools and corporate clients who already know me from my previous venture.
I currently have several new clients requesting information regarding classes, while the website is important, I need to develop some basic information for them to read over and contact me, so I am looking for a business card, flyer and brochure ASAP to be able to hand out while the website is still being developed.
I already have a very basic live website for the old business name and model that gives very basic and somewhat outdated but still relevant information that I can use in the meantime. I am happy to provide URL's and documents of the old business model upon request if you are successful for you to get an idea of what I am looking for.
The first milestone is the website. I have the logo, name, slogan and plenty of raw copy ideas; what I need is a designer–developer–wordsmith who can shape them into a clean, responsive site that feels welcoming yet trustworthy. Core pages and features I want to see in the initial build:
• About Us (with a separate “About the Owner” section)
• Training Courses overview with clear pricing tiers
• Contact Us with enquiry form
• Programs by Age Group, including adaptive options for participants with special needs
• Event Medical Services page
• Resources hub for digital downloads and physical products
• Quote Request page (optional if we can fold it into Contact)
• Blog and visual Gallery for social-proof stories
Once the site structure is in motion we’ll extend the visual language into promotional collateral. Rather than the standard business-card / flyer / brochure trio, I’m open to whatever print or digital pieces you think will make the biggest impact at launch—think course quick-guides, wallet cards, or social media templates.
If you’re comfortable switching hats between UX design, copy-editing, and light brand strategy—and you enjoy collaborating in small, well-defined sprints—let’s talk. I’m ready to share mood boards, sample course outlines and the existing client list so we can map out the first release and future add-ons.
