Fresh Corporate Design for CREFi

We are an early stage business in real estate data and analytics, called CREFi which is starting to sell its subscription based web app product in the market. We have a small group of early subscribers, and hope to grow these over the next few months.
We want to improve the design features of our app, website and communications. The initial brief is to improve all the design features for our brand, including logo, colour palette, powerpoint template and brand guidelines which will be used across our business.
Users of our website are corporate and in the industry of real estate and finance. The design should reflect this relatively conservative client base, but should be balanced with some freshness to reflect the fact that our new tool is innovative and significantly enhances our clients' analytic capability.

Timescale: we would like to achieve this project by end August.
Pricing: we are on a tight budget as an early stage business, but we expect to grow and there should be repeat work if the freelancer does a good first job.
You will work closely with the founders during the project and we will supply feedback quickly so you can be efficient with the job. Fixed price quote required.
