Freelancer Ad — Brand Guideline Development for Finca Finder
Project Overview

We are launching Finca Finder, a bold grassroots brand in Ibiza focused on real estate lead generation. The brand identity has already been conceptually developed (logo direction & color use). We now require a professional designer to consolidate this into a formal brand guideline pack and deliver the necessary standalone artwork files for logos and icons.

Deliverables Required

1. Brand Guidelines Document (PDF)

Full logo displayed in a range of colors (icon + wordmark).

Standalone icon in a range of colors.

Approved color palette.

Typography guidelines (headline + body fonts).

Example applications (leaflet, social post, web header).

2. Artwork Files of the Logo and Icon

Formats: AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG (vector + raster).

Versions in multiple colors (full color, black, white, orange, green).

3. Color Variations

Logos on orange, green, black, and white backgrounds.

Visual references will be supplied.

Next Steps

Once this stage is completed successfully, we will also require:

Leaflet design.

Website homepage mockup design.

Project Goals

Deliver a professional, polished, flexible identity system.

Ensure brand consistency across print (leaflets, posters) and digital (website, WhatsApp, social).

Supply all final assets in ready-to-use formats.
