Fashion Retail Setup Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m setting up a brick-and-mortar clothing and accessories store and would like strategic, hands-on help turning the concept into a fully functioning retail operation. From floor-plan flow and merchandising ideas to back-office processes that keep inventory accurate and customers happy, I need clear, actionable guidance that fits a small retail environment.
Here’s what I already know:
• The business model is purely retail—no services are planned at this stage.
• My product mix focuses on apparel and fashion accessories, with an emphasis on modern, affordable styles.
What I’m hoping you can do:
– Map out the core operational framework, including supplier onboarding, stock-tracking methods, and POS recommendations.
– Advise on store branding—logo usage, colour palette, and in-store visuals—that translate well to signage, labels, and social media posts.
– Produce an opening-day checklist covering staffing, merchandising, and launch promotions.
I’m open to add-ons like a simple e-commerce site or digital marketing plan if they fit smoothly into the initial rollout, but my first priority is a rock-solid physical store launch.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A concise, step-by-step launch playbook (PDF or Google Doc).
2. A visual mood board or mini brand guide (AI/PSD/PNG).
3. A recommended inventory and POS tool list with setup notes.
If your background includes fashion retail, store operations, or boutique launches, I’d love to see examples of your past work and hear how you’d tackle this project.
