Farm Festival Seasonal Event Coordinator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As the owner of a family farm, I'm anticipating hosting less than five, themed festivals during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. I seek a skilled event and marketing coordinator to handle a myriad of tasks to ensure these occasions go off without a hitch.
We are looking to do a mid July/August summer even and then 4 festivals in the fall - September thru October
Key tasks:
- Venue Selection and Setup: Ideally, you'll be seasoned in outdoor event setup and safety measures, ensuring that our farm is transformed into an engaging, festive and secure environment.
- Vendor Coordination: You'll liaise with a variety of vendors from food and drink to rides and attractions. The ability to manage and coordinate these stakeholders is key.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaboration with my team to create and execute a marketing strategy that will draw crowds to our festivals is crucial. Experience with digital, social and traditional marketing is desirable.
Experience coordinating events similar to outdoor, family, and theme festivals is a bonus. Professionalism, creativity, and organization skills are needed to succeed in this role.
