Etsy Store Optimization & Design
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I just started Etsy shop and I’m ready to take it from beginner shop to a polished, high-converting storefront. My biggest priority is tightening up SEO and individual listings—titles, tags, and pricing all need a critical eye. I’d like you to start with a full audit of the shop, highlight missed keywords, fix any duplicate tags, and suggest stronger price points or bundles.
Branding comes next. The visual side is in decent shape, but my policies and guidelines read like boilerplate. I need clear, shopper-friendly language that builds trust and reduces disputes. While you’re in there, set up or refine my About section so it feels personable yet professional.
After the foundations are solid, I want to switch on Etsy Ads. Please structure a modest test campaign, connect analytics, and explain the numbers in plain English so I know which SKUs to scale. If you’re comfortable using eRank, Marmalead, or similar tools, great—just work with whatever gives us the cleanest data.
Photography also needs a lift. I can supply raw product shots; you transform them into lifestyle mock-ups or flat-lays that match current trends. If you see gaps in the product line, pitch fresh ideas and, if possible, quick prototypes. Packaging tweaks are on the table too, as long as they stay lightweight for shipping.
Once the shop is fully optimized, I’ll need a short walkthrough on shipping profiles, returns flow, and customer communication templates so everything feels cohesive from first click to five-star review.
Deliverables
• Detailed audit report with SEO fixes
• Revised policy, FAQ, and About copy
• Ready-to-launch Etsy Ads campaign with performance dashboard set up
• 10+ upgraded photos (mix of mock-ups and lifestyle images)
• Packaging or branding mock-ups (if applicable)
• Brief handover guide covering analytics, ads, and customer service best practices
If you’re comfortable juggling Etsy’s backend, keyword tools, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, and have a sharp eye for on-trend design, let’s talk.
