Enhance University Learning Ecosystem PPT Slide
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Timeframe :Final updated PowerPoint slides required by 7:00pm (AEST) Sunday 29 February. Please confirm availability before accepting, as this is a fixed deadline.
Brief
I need a ppt slide refined for executive presentation within a university Learning Ecosystem strategy deck.
This is a structural hierarchy refinement, not a redesign.
Evaluation Anchors (must be clearly surfaced and labelled):
• Led by the Learner, Enhanced by the Educator
• Fluid Learning Across Contexts
• Technology for Employability & Future Skills
• Human-Led, Tech-Supported Collaboration
These Anchors represent our design lens (what we design toward).
Key Requirements:
• Hierarchy – Strengthen headline, subhead and focal point so the relationship is clear:
Quantum Leaps = Strategy = What
Anchors = What we design toward
The Four Evaluation Anchors articulate the qualities of a mature Learning Ecosystem at Swinburne. They guide how we prioritise, design and select learning technologies in alignment with our strategic direction.
• Content Update – Add clear, visible headers for each Evaluation Anchor to improve scannability and structural clarity.
• Visual Direction – Maintain brand consistency:
Headings: Barlow Bold
Subheading: Barlow Light Italic
Body text: Open Sans Light
Clean grid alignment, improved spacing, reduced visual density.
• Reduce visual competition (heavy red blocks, borders, dense boxed content).
• No new frameworks. No scoring or measurement visuals.
Deliverable:
Updated PPT slide (editable source file), executive-ready and visually coherent.
Secondary (Lower Priority) Task:
If time permits, please reduce visual clutter on the “Learning Ecosystem Teams Role – Future Projects” slide. The current layout feels dense and text-heavy, with multiple competing visual elements (images, red headers, long lists, bottom graphic strip).
