Energetic 4-Page Charity Flyer
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a fresh 4-page DL flyer for The Dean Team that perfectly matches the media wall you created for us a few months ago. All files you’ll require are already in the shared folder: the completed media-wall artwork for style reference, our full Brand Kit, the DL size template, a finished sample flyer, a Word doc with rough layout notes and approved copy, plus a library of images.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• Colour must follow the Brand Kit exactly so the flyer drops seamlessly into our existing collateral.
• The overall look and copy should feel energetic and motivational—this piece is meant to spark action, not simply inform.
• Hero imagery should spotlight volunteers in action; choose the strongest shots from the folder and work them into the layout. Avoid stock that doesn’t reflect our people.

Inside spread (two pages): main story, supporting facts and visuals laid out per the Word doc guidance.
Back cover: bold call to arms plus my direct contact details.
Acceptance criteria
• Final artwork supplied as press-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and crops, plus layered source file (InDesign or Illustrator).
• Colours exactly match Brand Kit swatches (CMYK and RGB values preserved).
• Text styles, headline hierarchy and overall aesthetic mirror the media wall design for brand consistency.
• Images exported at 300 dpi and embedded correctly—no linked file errors.
If anything in the Word doc feels unclear, let me know before you start so we keep revisions to a minimum. Once the first draft is approved, I’ll sign off on print-ready files straight away.
