Elegant and Inviting Event Social Posts

Job ID: 40365252

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I manage ZenZenGardens, a working farm that hosts concerts, wine tastings, lodging experiences and other special gatherings, and I’m ready to expand the way we tell those stories online. I’ll supply you with a steady stream of original, high-resolution photos taken here on the property; your role is to transform them into polished social posts that feel elegant and professional while still capturing the warmth of the property and winetasting atmosphere. I also want to incorporate retreats here on the property and far away destinations.

The campaign will run on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn. Each platform should receive its own tailored caption, optimal image crop, and a thoughtful set of hashtags or tags so the content feels native rather than copied-and-pasted. Every post must weave in the core elements that matter most to my audience: concise event details (dates, ticket links, lodging packages, wine-tasting menus), striking farm imagery and the occasional customer testimonial to add social proof.

I’ll provide direction up front—key talking points, brand voice notes, preferred fonts or color accents when graphics are needed—and I expect an open back-and-forth for quick tweaks before anything goes live. If you already work comfortably in tools like Canva that is a huge plus.

Deliverables I need from you each cycle:
• A content calendar that maps out the post sequence and platform specifics
• Final caption copy (spell-checked, brand-aligned)
• Edited photos or simple graphic treatments where helpful
• A sheet of recommended hashtags and any tags or links that must be embedded

I measure success by clean visuals, engaging captions and timely turnaround. If you can keep the look refined, speak in the voice of Zenzen Gardens and remain responsive to feedback, I’d love to start planning our next slate of events together.

Please visit Zenzen Gardens on Instagram or FaceBook to get a feel of the quality post I am after.

Thank you,
Cindie Sorensen
