Distillery Logo Design with Wordmark & Pictorial

I'm seeking a talented designer to create a new logo for Five Eleven Distilling. We need both a wordmark logo with a specific font and a pictorial logo. The wordmark should reflect either a modern/maximalist or classic style, and I'm open to your creative choice. The pictorial logo should incorporate the numbers '511', though I'm open to other innovative ideas if you have a better concept. Our current logo features three rings symbolizing the owners' three children. This design will help our company find our "voice" - currently we have a mix of modern and maximalists designs or classic and minimalist designs and we would like to find one to stand with.
