Branding Designer Wanted – Premium Matcha Brand

I’m looking for a serious branding designer to build a full Brand Guideline for a premium matcha brand with global ambitions.
This is not a quick logo job.
And this is not for people who apply automatically to everything.

About the Project:
I have already prepared a clear, detailed Brand Guideline document (PDF) that explains:
- the brand vision, mission, story, values
- tone of voice & positioning
- the full list of products, assets, and renders needed

Your job is to visually bring this document to life, not to rewrite it.
You will design:
the full visual branding system
typography & hierarchy
logo concepts
packaging & product visuals
2D renders (3D only when needed)
digital assets (social media, website renders, marketing visuals)
Each chapter and each product will have its own dedicated page in the final Brand Guideline.

Who This Is NOT For:
Please do not apply if:
- you send copy-paste proposals
- you work on 10 projects at once and rush everything
- you don’t read attached documents carefully
- you inflate prices without understanding the scope
- you don’t have patience for premium brand work
I am not interested in speed.
I am interested in quality, clarity, and consistency.

Who I’m Looking For:
You are a good fit if:
- you have strong branding & visual identity experience
- you understand premium / luxury aesthetics
- you think in systems, not isolated designs
- you are patient and detail-oriented
- you can collaborate, discuss, refine, and iterate
- you care about building something iconic, not “just another project”
Experience with branding manuals, packaging, lifestyle brands, or wellness brands is a big plus.

IMPORTANT!
1. Please, do not apply to lose our time if you didn`t even read and you did auto-bid. I`m deleting bids without the word carrot inside of them.
2. Please, do not apply if you`re here to do multiple projects that you can`t handle and all you want is money. I`m looking for a long-term collaboration, I`m saying it again.
3. Please, do not apply if you`re going to ask me “How are you?” and if you`re going to negotiate with me instead of being efficient.
4. Please, do not apply if you haven`t read what I`ve been writing here.
5. Please, do not apply if you haven`t carefully read the document, that is the most important, I want you to understand from the very beginning what is needed.
6. Please, understand that I`m not that type of client you can sell and raise your price to, I do not overpay, I pay the correct price for the correct work and quality service. If the service is not qualitative, I don`t pay. So if you know you`re not going to work on a budget, please, do not apply!

Thank you! Good luck!
