Design Two Aviation Consultancy Logos
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’ve just launched two sister firms—Hartley Business Aviation Consulting, LLC (“HBAC”) and The Regulatory Toolbox, LLC (“TRT”)—and I’m ready to put a face to each brand. Both companies serve aircraft operators and service providers, so the visuals need to feel related yet distinctive.
• HBAC is a high-end consultancy that guides clients through complex regulatory issues.
• TRT is a hub-and-spoke retainer service that connects those same stakeholders with the software, experts, and resources they need to stay compliant.
Areas of Expertise / Products and Services: International Operations, Risk Management, USA and INTL Customs for General Aviation, Global APIS (e-manifest svcs), Direct and Indirect Taxes, Emissions and Sustainability, Safety Culture, Security Plans, Airspace Permits and Exemptions
Delivery of Services: Direct Consultation, In Person / Online Training, Referral, Onboarding Process, Product Implementation
Style & tone
I lean toward a modern, sleek aesthetic that still feels corporate and professional. Use of company initials is important (HBAC and TRT), but I’d also like to see aviation cues—subtle wings, abstract flight paths, or other industry-recognizable shapes—handled in a clean, contemporary way. Color palettes should read executive rather than flashy; think confident blues, charcoals, or muted metallics rather than anything overly bright.
Deliverables
– Three distinct logo concepts for each company (total of six)
– Vector originals (AI/SVG), plus PNGs with transparent backgrounds
– Horizontal, stacked, and icon-only variations
– A brief style guide listing colors (HEX/Pantone) and typefaces
Acceptance criteria
Each concept should integrate: 1) the company initials, 2) an aviation-related or abstract flight element, (Private Jets NOT airlines) and 3) a layout that scales from website favicon to printed signage without losing clarity.
Customers - Flight Department Leadership, Risk Management and Legal, Pilots, Dispatchers, and Business Aviation Professionals
That’s the full brief—excited to see your ideas take flight.
