3-Day Company Document Refresh

I have about 150 corporate files—Word docs, PDFs, and a handful of Excel sheets—that all need a consistent facelift in the next three days. The essentials are straightforward: replace the old logo with our new one, swap every instance of the company name, and bring the overall formatting up to the latest brand standards.

Beyond those basics, I also want each document’s layout tightened so headings, spacing, and page breaks feel intentional rather than inherited. Where it adds clarity or visual appeal, please introduce fresh graphics or images and design custom headers and footers that align with our new style guide.

You’ll be working with the original source files wherever possible (DOCX, XLSX, and the editable PDFs I’ll supply). Deliver each file back to me in its native format plus a clean, print-ready PDF version so I can spot-check before sign-off.
