I am launching a new consultancy company that will offer:

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer and logo designer (individual or team) to create a professional brand identity and website that reflects trust, expertise, and reliability.

Scope of Work
1. Logo Design

Create a clean, modern, and professional logo suitable for a consultancy firm.

Preferred trusted colour palette:

Blue, White, Silver

Additional recommended trust-building colours (optional): Dark Grey, Navy, Charcoal, Steel, or Teal.

Provide at least 3 initial concepts and unlimited minor revisions until final approval.

Deliverables in vector and web-ready formats (AI, SVG, PNG, JPG).

2. Website Design & Development

The site must look professional, modern, and trustworthy, matching the company’s brand identity and colour palette.

Website Requirements

Three static pages, such as:

Home

Services (listing the cyber security, IT, business process, and bookkeeping offerings)

About / Contact

Built on an easy-to-edit platform, such as:

WordPress (preferred)

Or another user-friendly CMS if recommended

Clean, responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)

Simple blog functionality for future posts

A Mailing List Form capturing:

Name

Company Name

Email Address
Form should integrate with a mailing list tool (Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar—please recommend best option).

Basic SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs)

Fast loading, secure configuration (HTTPS will be enabled on my hosting)

3. Deployment

Upload and configure the website on my hosting provider (details will be supplied).

Ensure everything is fully functional and ready to use.

Provide brief instructions (written or video) on how to edit pages and publish blog posts.

Final company logo (all formats)

Fully functional 3-page website with blog capability

Mailing list integration

Deployment to hosting

Admin access provided to me
