Cubit Estimation Pro Quotation Design (Must use the software from Buildsoft)

Description
We are looking for an experienced Cubit user or consultant to develop a custom Quick Quotation workflow inside Cubit, including a tailored report format.
Scope of Work
Quick Quote Input Structure
Simple interface for non-technical staff to create quotations.
Each line item to include:
Description (text or dropdown)
Labour entry (hours/days, with day/night work option)
Materials cost
Equipment/plant cost
Other cost categories (e.g. subcontractors).
Preliminaries
Detailed prelims to be built up in the estimate.
Report must show prelims as a single total line externally, with full breakdown retained internally.
Overheads & Profit (OHP)
Applied as percentage on subtotal or manual entry.
Displayed as one line in the report.
Inclusions & Exclusions Section
Database-style list of standard inclusions/exclusions.
Drag-and-drop or selectable items to insert into the quote.
Zero-value by default, but visible in the final report.
Price Book Integration
Access to a structured list of common works/items.
Drag-and-drop into quote with default rates, editable as needed.
Report Output
Branded and structured report template.
Must show:
Line items with totals
Prelims total
OHP line
Overall total
Inclusions and exclusions at the end
Internal version to show all build-ups.
Client version to collapse detail and only show totals.
Deliverables
A working Cubit Quick Quote template and workflow.
A customised report (or reports) in Cubit Report Designer to meet the above requirements.
Documentation or brief training notes on how to use and maintain the setup.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Cubit Estimating and Report Designer.
Experience creating custom reports and workflows in Cubit.
Ability to structure simple user-friendly quoting tools.
