Creative Data Visualization AND PowerPoint Expert for Consumer Research Presentation

PowerPoint + Data Visualization Pro Needed for Consumer Research Deck (Paid Trial First – Full Project to Follow)
We’re looking for a PowerPoint designer with sharp data visualization skills to help us turn a large, insight-rich consumer research deck into something beautiful, clean, and executive-ready.
We’ve built a 125–160 slide deck packed with consumer research findings, charts, and strategic insights. It's full of value—but right now, it’s rough.
We need a designer who can:
Redesign charts and graphs from image files (data is not editable — you’ll recreate clean, professional versions manually)
Create custom infographics and diagrams (not off-the-shelf SmartArt — we can do that ourselves)
Lay out slides for clarity, storytelling, and visual flow — no clipart, no cookie-cutter templates
Use design judgment to combine or split visuals if needed — but all data must remain intact and visible
What we’ll provide:
The raw deck with charts and content already inserted (ready Thursday)
Brand/style direction and tone preferences
Notes on what must stay vs. where you can be creative
This project has two parts:
Paid Trial (happening now):
You’ll receive 3–5 sample slides to redesign
Slides must be returned within 24 hours of receipt
This is a paid trial — please submit your rate for this piece now.
The goal is to select the right designer for the full project:
Full Project (Thursday–Monday):
If selected, you’ll receive the full ~150-slide deck on Thursday. Final version is due Monday so we have time for stakeholder review.
You’ll work directly in PowerPoint so our team can edit slides as needed (infographics and visualizations you create to go on the slides do not necessarily need to be editable by us as long as YOU can make revisions to them if we need you to).
What we’re looking for:
A PowerPoint and data visualization specialist with an eye for storytelling
Creativity in information design and layout
Experience with executive decks, market research, or strategy presentations
Strong design instincts with full respect for data accuracy and completeness
A custom, polished style — nothing templated or generic
Willingness to accommodate at least one round of revisions (multiple stakeholders involved)
Bonus points if you have:
A background in consumer insights or analytics or data viz
Experience turning rough input into boardroom-ready presentations
A calm, professional approach to tight deadlines
