Corporate Seaside Event Branding

I’m preparing a corporate gathering at a seaside resort and need a refined yet memorable visual identity to set the tone. The look should feel elegant and sophisticated rather than playful, with a palette built around blue, teal-blue, beige, and touches of gold.

Deliverables I’m looking for:
• A primary event logo in vector format, plus a light and dark version.
• A concise style guide showing the color codes and two approved typefaces.
• Simple mock-ups that apply the logo and colors to three key items:
– Beach caps our guests will wear
– A branded van that will greet arrivals at the resort
– Small hang-tags where attendees can leave personal notes

Clean lines, tasteful gradients, and subtle beach cues (think waves, shoreline, or sun) are welcome, but avoid anything too cartoonish. Final files should be layered (AI or PSD), accompanied by high-resolution PNGs.

If you can share one or two previous pieces that illustrate an upscale coastal or luxury-event style, that will help me gauge fit quickly. I’m aiming to review an initial concept within a few days, then allow a round or two for minor tweaks before sign-off.
