Corporate Office Template Redesign

I’m looking to give all of our internal and client-facing materials a fresh, cohesive look. The priority is to modernize the overall feel while keeping a polished, corporate style that matches our updated brand guidelines.

Scope of work
• Presentation slides – full master deck with title, content, section break, and closing layouts
• Document templates – Word or Google Docs file with cover page, heading hierarchy, tables, and default typography styles
• Offer template – a structured, fill-in-the-blank document we can quickly customize for new proposals, consistent with the above designs

What I expect
• Clean, corporate aesthetic that feels contemporary rather than trendy
• Easy-to-use placeholders so non-designers can drop in text, charts, or images without breaking the design
• Consistent color palette, fonts, and iconography across all three template types
• Final deliverables in editable format (PowerPoint, Word/Google Docs, plus any linked assets)
