Corporate HTML Email Signature Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My company needs a single-source HTML email signature in a corporate, professional style that can be rolled out company-wide and render consistently in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and major mobile clients. The signature must display our logo, full contact details and one social media icon that links to our official Facebook page—no other networks are required.
To make future onboarding easy, I also need a short “how-to” note explaining where to swap in each employee’s name, title, phone number and email.
Deliverables
• Clean, commented HTML + inline CSS signature file
• Optimised images (logo and Facebook icon) hosted or ready to embed as base64
• One fallback PNG for older clients
• Quick setup guide (1-2 pages)
