Convert XLSX Quote to Zoho

I have a polished Microsoft Excel quote template that we currently fill out inside an .xlsx workbook. I need that same form rebuilt in Zoho Sheet so my team can keep the familiar look and feel while taking advantage of Zoho’s sharing and mail-merge features.

Core requirements
• Re-create the layout, borders, fonts and colour palette as closely as Zoho Sheet allows—visual consistency is critical for brand continuity.
• Add only text input fields; no drop-downs or date pickers this time.
• Those fields must be clearly named because the sheet will feed our CRM mail-merge, capturing customer details, product details and pricing information.
• All existing calculations and subtotals already embedded in the Excel file should still work once the form is ported.

Acceptance criteria
The job is complete when I can open the Zoho Sheet link, type into each text field, see the correct totals update automatically, and download/print the document with colours and spacing that closely match the original Excel version.

Send back a shareable Zoho Sheet link (or export) along with a brief note on anything that could not be reproduced exactly so I know what to adjust on my side.
