Convert Existing Brand Design to Professional Production Files - All Formats & Assets Required

Project Overview
We have an existing brand design for Aevora Healthcare (logo, colors, style) that we're happy with. We need an experienced designer to convert this design into all professional production files and formats.This is NOT a design-from-scratch project. The creative work is done. We need technical expertise to produce production-ready files in all required formats.Attached: Sample design showing our logo, colors, and style direction.

WHAT WE NEED

1. LOGO FILES (All Formats)

Convert existing logo to these variations:

Primary full-color logo (vertical)
Horizontal logo layout
Icon/symbol only (no text)
White/reversed version (for dark backgrounds)
Black single-color version
File Formats Required (for EACH variation):

SVG (scalable vector)
EPS (vector for print)
PDF (vector)
PNG - Transparent, 300 DPI (3000px+ wide)
PNG - Transparent, 72 DPI (512px, 1024px, 2048px)
AI source files (editable with layers)

2. BRAND STYLE GUIDE (15-20 pages)

Professional PDF document including:Logo Section:

Minimum size specifications
Clear space requirements
Correct and incorrect usage examples (do's and don'ts)
Logo on different backgrounds examples
Color Palette:

HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone values for all colors
Color usage guidelines
Typography:

Font specifications (we'll provide font names)
Font size hierarchy (H1, H2, body, etc.)
Line height and spacing specs
Deliverable:

PDF (final version)
Editable source file (INDD, AI, or DOCX)

3. BUSINESS STATIONERY

Front and back design
Print-ready PDF with bleeds (3.5"×2" + 0.125" bleed)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Print Files Must Have:

However:
The overall design concept should remain the same. We're not looking for a redesign.
