Construction and Coming Soon Sign Design

I need a design for a construction sign for "Coming Soon" . I have a photo that needs modifications. in the middle of the front at the top of the building i want it named " Vanotti Commercial Suites "
Requirements:
- Change colors of building , graphics to match my custom brand colors.
- Add pine / Fur trees to the design.and rocks on both sides in front
- Building to be dark grey, roof, doors, trim, and garage doors to be black
