Cleaning Flyer & Logo Design

I need a fresh, professional-looking marketing set for my cleaning business that I can tweak myself in Canva whenever service details or pricing change. The overall aesthetic should be distinctly professional and corporate rather than playful—think clean lines, balanced white space, and typography that conveys reliability and attention to detail.

For the flyer, please lay it out in Canva so I can easily edit text blocks, swap images, or duplicate sections. The content sections I must be able to customise are:
• Contact details
• List of services

No special offers or discounts are required right now.

I don’t have a fixed colour palette, so feel free to propose two or three harmonious colour options that reinforce a trustworthy, corporate image. I’ll refine the final choice with you once I see initial concepts.

The logo should follow the same visual direction and arrive in both standalone (icon only) and full lock-up (icon + business name) formats. Provide it in PNG, SVG, and the original Canva file for future tweaks.
