Car Rental Agreement Template

I need a clean, professional rental agreement template I can hand to customers for both short-term (daily/weekly) and long-term (monthly/yearly) hires. This contest is for the best ready-to-use document; I’ll award the entry that is clear, concise, and easy to brand with my company logo and colors.
The template must include:
• Vehicle information fields: Make and model, Odometer reading, and a Vehicle condition report section with space for notes and photos.
• Rental period and rate tables that let me fill in dates, mileage limits, and pricing without re-formatting.
• Clauses covering insurance responsibility, fuel level policy, late return fees, accident procedures, and general liability.
• Signature blocks for renter and company representative, plus a place for initials on each page.
Deliverables:
1. An editable file (.docx or Google Docs preferred) plus a flattened PDF version.
2. A brief style guide explaining how to swap in branding elements (font, logo, color accents).
Keep the layout to two pages if possible, use clear headings, and make sure every placeholder is obvious so staff can complete it quickly at the counter.
