Canva Brand Kits & Templates

Our branding—logo, colour palette and typography—has already been professionally defined. Now I need those assets translated into Canva so my team can work faster and stay on brand.
Your task starts by building four separate Brand Kits in our Canva Pro account. Within each kit, create a library of fully editable templates. Instagram is the first priority and the visual tone must remain minimalistic. Once those layouts are approved, I want matching versions for X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube thumbnails/banners, plus office collateral such as letterhead and memo pages.
Key deliverables:
• Four complete Canva Brand Kits populated with logos, colours and fonts
• Reusable social media templates for every kit—Instagram first, then X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Letterhead and memo templates that non-designers can update without breaking the layout
Set everything up directly in our Canva workspace, label layers clearly and keep the formatting flexible so my colleagues can swap images and copy with ease. I need the first wave of Instagram templates within days and the remainder wrapped up as soon as possible. A smooth hand-off here will likely lead to ongoing design work across future campaigns and other platforms.
